How to Close in 8 Days

At First Option Mortgage, we pride ourselves on the fact that we close most of our loans within 8 business days or less.  If speed and efficiency are what you are looking for, you have found the right place.  In the following sections you will learn what you need to do in order to ensure that your home loan closes in 8 days or less!

• Get all of your personal documents requested by your Loan Officer within 48 hours
• Use one of our approved Title Companies and Appraisers
• Make sure that you schedule your appraisal within 48 hours of your appointment

Day One

• Agree on a Loan Program and sign all of your application documents
• Your Loan Officer will order Title and Appraisal

Day Two

• All of your personal documents must be given to your Loan Officer
• Appraisal should be scheduled at this time

Day Three - Day Five

• Appraisal and Title should be received by the Loan Officer
• File is ready to be submitted to an Underwriter

Day Eight

• Your new home loan is ready to close!
